Green Man Round Face Plaque

The Green Man has a long history in folkore.  Often found as carvings in churches, the tradition is to show the features of a human face surrounded by leaves.

Here, the face has red and green foliage and even a couple of acorns.  Some leaves have formed the shape of a beard and moustache and the design is three-dimensional.

The Green Man is created from resin which has been handcoloured.  On the back is a sawtooth bracket so that you can hang the wall plaque on a hook.

It is circular and has a diameter of 17cm.  The plaque can be used both indoors and outdoors.
