Q. I don’t have a PayPal account, can I pay by credit/debit card?
A. When you get to the checkout page, click on the PayPal option. This takes you to the PayPal page where a payment box appears. At the bottom of the box there is the option to “pay by Credit or Debit Card”. Click on this and you will be able to pay by credit/debit card. 
Q. I don’t live in the U.K. but I want to make an order.
A. We only send orders to addresses which have a U.K. Postcode.

Q. How are my items packaged?
A. We are obsessive about recycling! Wherever it is possible, we will re-use cardboard, bubble wrap etc when we pack your order. We are constantly looking into more environmentally-friendly options for our packaging.
Q. When will I receive my order?
A. We aim to despatch your order by the next working day. You will be contacted if anything is out of stock, or if there is any delay.
