Way of the Witch Lamp

Where in your home would you have this beautiful lamp?  It could be a bedside lamp, table lamp, or even an ‘anywhere’ lamp really.  When you turn it on, the image is beautifully illuminated.  Well, it is from Nemesis Now, what else would you expect!

In Lisa Parker‘s fascinating image you can see the winding path leading into a mysterious forest.  An owl is perched on the ivy-entwined sign pointing towards Pendle, guarding the witch’s way.

The picture goes all the way around the light and has been printed in full colour onto polyester fabric.  It has then been stretched over a cylindrical frame.  It measures 27.5cm high, with a diameter of 12cm.

The base is made from a sturdy black acrylic.  The fitting for a light bulb is secured in the base.

The flex, which comes out of the side of the base, measures approximately 117cm long.  There is a switch attached as well as a three-pronged plug.

We have personally tested a light bulb in each of the lamps.  It gave us a chance to marvel at how amazing they looked, when the light was switched on.
